There is no substitute for someone who is genuine and interested. I appreciated the Realtors that came in with the approach: "I really appreciate that you are trying to sell this on your own. If that fails, or if you are after some additional exposure, could I give you a call?" Sure, no problem. As someone who has done FSBO’s, I have to say that I was open to Realtors that came in the door and said hello. There is no substitute for someone who is genuine and interested.
